Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the House Rules in place at our vacation rental. Understanding and complying with our house rules will make for a comfortable stay for everybody!
Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. IF anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings

Due to high winds and drought in California, fires are illegal in Joshua Tree. Wood burning stoves and any outdoor fires other than propane barbecue is restricted by current fire regulations

Our cabins are very private and often all occupied so please be courteous to other guests by driving slowly and keeping the noise level down, especially during nighttime hours.

No smoking inside cabins

According to San Bernardino County STR regulations, all dogs must be licensed and on a leash

Cancellation policy: Full refund 10 days prior to arrival, 50% refund 5 days prior to arrival
Before you leave:

Please leave any used bedding from closets in a pile on floor so the housekeeper knows what has been used, and leave sofa beds unmade.

Please wash all dishes and take out the trash when you leave.

You can leave recycling in the cabin to be picked up by the cleaners

Drop garbage in the dumpster located on Stoney Crest road just past the solar panels.
